Our practitioner will assess strengths and risks, offer compassionate, client-centred therapy, and coordinate practical resources to address mental health, relationships, grief, trauma and social determinants of wellbeing.
Our services include
Therapy & Counselling
We provide compassionate and collaborative social work therapeutic services for children, adolescents and adults. Our approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practice, ensuring each individual feels heard, respected, and empowered.
Flexibility
We offer face-to-face sessions in Port Macquarie and surrounding regions across the Mid North Coast, including home and school.
Telehealth appointments are also available Australia-wide by phone, Zoom or FaceTime.
Assessments
NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments.
We provide comprehensive FCA’s with a particular focus on psychosocial disability.
Referrals
You can self-refer to us!
Community Services and Professionals can also refer individuals with their consent through the downloadable referral form.

NSW Victim Services:
Fees covered by NSW Victim Services.
Therapy session:
$193.99 NDIS fee. If you are Self or Plan Managed as we are not a registered NDIS Provider.
$150 Private fee.
Associate Aged Care - Support at Home Program.
Reports, Assessments and Support Letters:
Fees vary for NDIS assessments, letters and reports. Please contact us.
NDIS
We are not a registered NDIS provider but we can provide therapy if you are self-managed or plan-managed. The fee is always in alignment with the latest NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. Other NDIS-related work requested such as assessments, reports, review letters, travel time (50%) and travel kms ($1.00/km), is charged separately and discussed prior with you, your Support Coordinator or your Plan Manager so that this can be allocated and forecasted in your NDIS Plan. NDIS Service Agreements will be agreed with each NDIS Participant or their Plan Nominee upon intake with Strengthening Connections.
